The Official Betty Boop Fan Club by King Features Syndicate was operated as of 1995 by Bobbie West.
Members included collectors of Betty Boop memorabilia, and businesses that sold Betty Boop collectibles. King Features stated that they were the owners of Pudgy, KO-KO the Clown, Betty Boop and Bimbo, and that the characters were their licenced trademarks. It later closed down, and was merged with the official Betty Boop website.[1] Members who joined received an official garter belt.

The Official Betty Boop Fan Club via BettyBoop.com, by Fleischer Studios and King Features Syndicate wasn't launched until 2008.

Moreover, fans could receive a 10% discount on any purchases made at the official Betty Boop store http://www.bettyboopstore.com/ for club members.
There was also a limited-edition illustrated poster called "The Official Betty Boop Fan Club Headquarters" by Ned Sonntag for first-time members. Only 5,000 posters were printed and would not to be reissued.
"We are delighted to see the launch of 'The Official Betty Boop Fan Club' online," said Mark Fleischer.
