Kokette is Koko the Clown's girlfriend in Hal Seeger's 1960s adaption of Out of the Inkwell. Hal Seeger wanted to produce the series as based on the original but couldn't use Betty Boop so they created new characters. On an official doll release, she is a redhead, much like the original concept of Betty Boop by Grim Natwick.[1]
