Name

Blue Book (1975)

King Features: Blue Book[1] was released in 1975. Published yearly, King Features Syndicate sent Blue Books by mail to a few chosen newspaper editors, not to everyone.

The Blue Books served as advertisements for King Features Syndicate's Daily and Sunday comic strips. These Blue Books had full color or black and white samples of every comic character that was published at the time.

William Randolph Hearst established King Features Syndicate in 1914 in New York, New York.

King Features has mostly operated as a print syndication company, supplying over 5,000 newspapers across the globe with over 150 distinct comic strips, daily columns, editorial cartoons, puzzles, and games.

Hearst Holdings, Inc.'s King Features Syndicate division includes the cable-network alliances, television programming and distribution operations, and syndication businesses of Hearst Corporation.
