Heather Halley as Betty Boop:

Heather Halley is an American television news anchor, and voice actress, and stage actress. She is best known as the English voice of Para-Medic in the Metal Gear series and was a commentator for a few honors services, including the 59th Grammy Awards, the fourth and fifth Spike Video Game Awards, and the 10th Nickelodeon Kids' Choice Awards. Halley has additionally dealt with voice work, including the web series Terminator Salvation: The Machinima Series. She provided the voice for Betty Boop in Betty Boop Dance Card. Heather Halley also confirmed that she had provided the voice for Betty Boop after being mistaken for Desirée Goyette, as her portrayal of Betty is said to sound somewhat similiar to Goyette.
