Betty Boop dolls turned up in the United States courts again today. Fleischer Studios, Inc, which recently won an infringement suit brought against it by Helen Kane, original Boop-Oop-a-Doop girl, was the winner again today. This time they brought the suit themselves against the Ralph A. Freundlich Company. The company was ordered to pay damages of $5,440 and costs of $15,000 in the suit.
